Our dishes are prepared as much as possible with organic ingredients sourced, among others, from organic food cooperative Odin as well as our own dressings and sauces from our own recipes.
Verdeli offers 100% vegetarian catering. If desired, we can substitute almost all vegetarian dishes for vegan dishes.The vegetarian dishes that we cannot currently substitute for vegan dishes are: the empanadas, vegetable pies & homemade crackers (these contain egg).
